Experience more
relief in your body and life.
Hello there! I’m Carolyn,
I believe our emotions live in our bodies. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life’s work to helping people overcome their limitations by offering guidance to awaken their body’s inherent wisdom.
We can access that wisdom by listening to it, learning from it, and loving it.
When you’re in pain it’s easy to spiral into feelings of negativity. But what most people don’t understand is that those negative emotions can actually make your symptoms worse.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people who suffer from trauma, depression or conflicts in relationships. My job is to help you transform these difficulties so that you can find relief.
My approach is holistic. With practical, yet creative conversation and physical awareness, I provide a wider perspective for you to gain a deeper connection with yourself by transforming negative stress into positive energy.
Through my education, life lessons, and over 30 years of practice, I have gained the knowledge and experience to guide you in learning how to soothe your mind, body and spirit.
My mission is to help you live more fully; but first to live more fully in your body, aligning with your mind, heart and soul.
Together, we will do just that.
