My Eco-Somatic Consult Group for Building Climate Resilience meets virtually, on a monthly basis, Fridays afternoons, from 3 to 4:30 pm. The group will meet on the following dates:

• January 13^th
• February 10^th
• March 10^th

Register below by December 31st to join the 2023 Winter Consult Group. Group size is limited for full participation. Time commitment is for 3 months. Cost is $150 for all three sessions.

This group is FOR YOU if: 

⦁ You want to understand more about how the climate crisis and other large-scale crises are affecting your clients/patients.

⦁ You would like to see how your own visceral reactions to the climate crisis are shaping your work.

⦁ You are ready to strengthen the trust and safety you foster, so that your clients/patients, and you, are more resilient.

Over the 3 consults: you can expect robust and responsive consultation grounded in curated human-scale climate readings and recordings, creative eco-somatic exercises and  emerging resiliency strategies to engage your clients/patients, and you.

Our work together is guided by the community we formed in the Cascadia training, my paid work as a psychotherapist (34 years) and my volunteer work as an environmental/climate activist (20 years). My training and experience in supervision, climate consults and nature retreats complete the foundation of this group.
